About The Project


● KCSB Konsortium Sdn Bhd is a member of Al-Hidayah Group of Companies and was incorporated in the 1996. Their principle business activities are mainly involving the property development and construction. The company runs two parcel of lands in Johor Bahru meaning approximately 382.156 acres; i.e. Mukim Tebrau (71.406 acres) and Mukim Plentong (310.756 acres) located at the strategic area in Johor Bahru, Johor.
● As the land owner of Lot 1876 and Lot 139, KCSB Konsortium Sdn Bhd, emerging as the future Master Developer, KCSB Konsortium upholds the responsibility to provide roll-out plans, feasible design and infrastructure for the future development in the Tebrau enclave of both lands in Johor Bahru.
● Undertaking all aspects of mixed development, KCSB Konsortium is involved in the provision of the basic requirements related to planning, designing and basic infrastructure.
● The company is also highly involved in marketing and joint venture arrangements related to the available land parcels to investors and sub-developers to design their own premises subject to permitted planning guidelines.
● KCSB Konsortium hereby extend their commitment to interested parties.
● To secure rights for land development, sub-division obtaining and building plan approvals for the following purposes:
